This was such a great show! It was an interactive magic show with Shin Lim featuring mentalist Colin Cloud and both performers were excellent and engaging.
It is one of the best magic shows I've seen on the Vegas Strip. You can tell that Shin Lim is very passionate about magic and extremelly skilled at sleight of hand. It was so entertaining that I never checked the time on my phone once!
The seats are comfortable and there are no bad seats in the house.
I highly recommend this show to anyone who loves magic or a fun entertainment.
Outstanding show!! It's definitely one of the best magic shows in Vegas, funny.. smart.. impressive and interactive. The whole family enjoyed every moment ❤️ highly recommended 👌
- better to book tickets 1-2 weeks ahead to secure good seats
- backpacks are not allowed
- no photographs or video recording
This show was outstanding. They're like nothing else in the strip. I won't say anything else to spoil it but it's worth your money. The bar people were super helpful and drinks were great. I forgot my souvenir cup unfortunately. Restrooms were super clean and top bad they sold the mirage.
Fantastic performance by Shin and Colin. Super enjoyable evening in The Mirage. The story, the sleight of hand, the audience involvement, the jokes, the seating - all was very impressive. Highly recommended. More affordable and yet more enjoyable than other more well known magic shows I’ve seen on the strip.
The first and worst experience of my magic show on Thanksgiving evening.
The show itself was delightful and great. The problem, however, was the rudeness of the manager whom I spoke with after the show.
I grabbed a seat on the 4th row to watch closely and get in the zone. There was a Chinese family sitting right next to me, of which the kid was crawling on the floor, yelling out loud, and whining during the entire show, making people around the 3rd and 4th rows quite distracted and uneasy. The parents were doing nothing but even taking pictures of the show.
There was only one time when a staff caught them taking photos to come over with the flash light and that was it.
I talked to that staff after the show and complained about my experience to which she replied that I could ask her manager for another time’s ticket if I’d be available.
When the manager came, he never said sorry at all and just said he could do nothing at this point. He said had he noticed about it at the spot, he could have corrected it. (He was not even at the sight during the show lol)
Unlike musicals, there’s no intermission at all, so you really cannot just walk around and tell any staff about the problems, especially when you are sitting on the very front row.
Luckily, the supervisor came to me before I left and gave me $25 credit that I can use within the Mirage, but still, I don’t think I’d ever go back to that place again.
We've been to a few magic shows in Las Vegas and this one beats them all!! I just regret not sitting in the center or to the right of the stage. We chose the left and missed out on Shin playing the piano. There are TVs everyone, but it would be nice to see it with our own eyes.
Most of the time I think magic tricks are just a TV/camera trick. But when seen in-person, it's crazy!
My kids (elementary school + high schooler) loved the show too. Colin Cloud had multiple acts in the show as well. He's really awesome too. I think Shin picked a good co-host for this magic show.
There is plenty of audience participation as well. Overall, a very interactive and entertaining show. Highly recommend.
Shin lims performance with the cards was hard to follow. Colin Cloud took the show for us!!! Engaging and fun!!
My husband and I went to see this show last night. We were really excited for it, and it didn't disappoint. The theater was stunning, clean, and comfortable. Colin Cloud is a wonderful entertainer, and made the show quite comedic. Shin Lim did about four to five card tricks, but they were quite lengthy. The production (music, camera work, backgrounds, lighting, etc.) was well done. They do some audience participation. I was one of the plants for Colin's "mind reading" trick. It was fun!
